This year's vendor market is the largest we've ever had and we are so excited to have you take part in this big day!

We know many of you (if not all) pour priceless energy into your products and services. Our hope is to create a place for you to be proud of showcasing all that you have to offer, with a desire to return annually.
Thank you for trusting us with your time and efforts. We look forward to sharing this celebration with you.

Getting Here
LOCATION: Bradner Park Field - 5291 Bradner Road, Abbotsford, V4X 2P3
DATE: Saturday, May 25, 2024
MARKET TIME: 9am - 4pm

Eastbound
Follow Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 E to 264 St/Aldergrove-Bellingham Hwy/BC-13 N in Langley Township. Take exit 73 from Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 E.

Turn right on 56 Ave (which turns into 58 Ave) and turn right again on Bradner Road. Your destination will quickly approach after the train tracks and Bradner General Store.

Westbound
Follow Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 W to Fraser Hwy in Abbotsford. Take exit 83 from Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 W toward Abbotsford Int'l Airport.
Merge onto Fraser Hwy and turn right on Bradner Road. Your destination will be close to 5km from Fraser Hwy.
SETUP

06:00AM - Gates open
Enter from the parking lot off Bradner Road.
In the parking lot between the school and the Bradner Presbyterian Church is a driveway. Please enter here.

Here, you will be met with Megan or Carly on the field. They will direct you to your stalls accordingly.
​
The way we have set up the market, you will be in pods of 6 stalls for a mini-village feel. First vendors to arrive will have most north-eastern locations closer to rides. This will alleviate traffic concerns leading up to parade time of 10:00am.

Setup of tents is to be completed no later than 8am to prioritize driving space for parade vehicles. Products can be put out on display after this time but must be under your vendor tent, as your vehicle will need to be off the field.

Vendor Parking
You can park in the back parking lot off Haverman or on the streets. There is also an overflow lot for the vendors arriving later (behind the concession, on the other side of the food trucks) to park under the basketball hoops.

Take Down
Market registration was advertised as 9-4pm as a way to ensure you had the opportunity to sell until 4pm.
We understand that the fair games and rides end at 3pm but ask that vendors dismantle no earlier than 3pm.
​
Should you wish to stick around for final sales while families exit the field and catch last minute items, you will not be rushed to end your sales window.
