EVENT SCHEDULE​​​
Getting Here
LOCATION: Bradner Park Field - 5291 Bradner Road, Abbotsford, V4X 2P3
DATE: Saturday, May 24, 2025
MARKET TIME: 9am - 3pm

Eastbound
Follow Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 E to 264 St/Aldergrove-Bellingham Hwy/BC-13 N in Langley Township. Take exit 73 from Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 E.
​
Turn right on 56 Ave (which turns into 58 Ave) and turn right again on Bradner Road. Your destination will quickly approach after the train tracks and Bradner General Store.
​
Westbound
Follow Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 W to Fraser Hwy in Abbotsford. Take exit 83 from Trans-Canada Hwy/BC-1 W toward Abbotsford Int'l Airport.
Merge onto Fraser Hwy and turn right on Bradner Road. Your destination will be close to 5km from Fraser Hwy.

SETUP
06:00AM - Gates open
Enter from the parking lot off Haverman Road.
Markets B and C are both easily accessible by dollies or wagons from here for your equipment and products.

Here, you will be met with Harsimran and Harjas on the field. They will direct you to your stalls accordingly if you require assistance.

With the Setup window being from 6:00am-8:00am, we kindly ask vendors to arrive according to the time slots below to minimize vendor traffic:
Booths B1-B12: 06:00-07:00
Booths B13-B20: 07:00-08:00
Booths C21-C30: 06:00-06:30
Booths C1-C10: 06:30-07:00
Booths C11-20: 07:0007:30
Booths C31-C40: 07:30-08:00

While we understand that this schedule will best alleviate traffic, ​ please let us know if you require more time to set up your booth to best showcase your products and we can accommodate accordingly. NOTE: setup within the booth is not required until 9:00am.

Setup of tents is to be completed no later than 8am to prioritize driving space for parade vehicles. Products can be put out on display after this time but must be under your vendor tent.
​​
Each booth space will consist of a 10'x10' outdoor space (table and chairs not included).
Your booth location should have been confirmed in a previous email from us. Please let us know if you do not have this information as soon as possible.
Be ready to go before 9:00am. Shoppers may be around from finishing their breakfast early or arriving before Breakfast at the Bradner Hall (8:00am-10:00am) but all communication clearly states the market is open at 9:00am.

As we are an elementary school, we do not have an ATM on site. Please make sure you have a float with you. Another option is using a square account. Vendor Parking
You can park in the back parking lot off Haverman or on the streets.

Take Down
The Market closes at 3pm and ask that vendors dismantle no earlier than 3pm.
​Should you wish to stick around for final sales while families exit the field and catch last minute items, you will not be rushed to end your sales window.

Donation
Please have your donated item (Valued at minimum $10) dropped off at the school during office hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00am-3:00pm) by Friday, May 16 as we will need to make the silent auction baskets. Don't forget to include a business card or contact information in case they want to purchase from you again.
