*setup is to be completed no later than 9:45am.

VENDOR FEE - $40
Each Vendor fee includes a 6' table and 2 chairs

Any applications submitted and accepted after October 18, 2025 at 11:59pm may not be included in marketing material

This market is curated and only accepted applicants will be contacted. Submitting an application DOES NOT guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed and acceptance will be made based on a number of factors including quality, variety, etc. The event has the right to limit the number of vendors in a particular category.

PAYMENT:
Bradner Elementary Christmas Market will only accept payment from those who apply via our Vendor Application form. Vendor fees are due upon acceptance and are non-refundable. Full payment must be paid to secure your spot.
